Having trouble accessing Techstars Universe Community space?

If you're seeing this your account isn't properly setup to access the community space. Here's some quick checks to help you get in.


1. Should you have access? - The community space is only available to current Techstars staff, Techstars accelerator program alumni, startup community partners, and all-star mentors. 


2. You're using the wrong email - To access the community space you need to first register your Techstars Account using the email address we have on file with you. When visiting https://community.techstars.com use the "sign up" button with the correct email. If you're not sure what email that is check with a Techstars staff member, or submit a support ticket here. We'll connect with you and make sure your information is up to date
